Fun, honest, resourceful, knowledgeable, patient and witty—these are just a few of the adjectives used by clients to describe Eileen.
An Austin resident for over 35 years, she’s witnessed firsthand how the city has transformed from a sleepy college town to a world-class destination. A UT Grad with dual degrees in Art History and Asian Studies, Eileen is a former marketing director in music and IT.
With a keen eye for design trends, architectural styles, and investment potential, Eileen’s completely focused on her clients and their homes. A “house fan” in her daily life, she has a fond spot in her heart for historic properties in Austin’s heritage neighborhoods—though she loves matching people with the right house in all areas of town. With two historic renovations under her belt (a mid-century modern in Northwest Hills and Spanish Mission Revival bungalow in Aldridge Place), she has used her passion for preservation to help keep Austin’s notable structures intact. Eileen has served on the Board of Directors for Preservation Austin since 2016.
Eileen’s deep experience can help her clients navigate the often crazy Austin real estate market and help them find a house to call home in a part of town that fits them perfectly. An expert negotiator with 17 years experience, Eileen is one of only 1% of realtors nationwide to hold all of the big 4 real estate designations: the Accredited Buyer’s Rep, Council of Residential Specialists Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She has been a Platinum Top 50 Winner or Finalist 5 times.
Focusing on building relationships through every transaction, Eileen still consults with clients years after their purchases to share info on trends, market fluctuations and to consult on home improvements and remodeling.
