Brooke’s real estate career has encompassed almost every facet of the industry. In 2010, she left her financial role within Austin’s live music scene to found Emerson Guest Properties, - a vacation rental management operation that she grew to over $40 million in assets managed before she sold the company to a national management firm in early 2020. Over the years, Brooke’s deep love for design and home improvement projects led to many adventures in renovating her personal homes and restoration passion projects. Her skill set grew to the extent that she eventually took the reins as a General Contractor, establishing her own Design/Build company B3E Creative, which specializes in high end remodels for her investment properties and flips. While she has enjoyed creating and growing these successful ventures, Brooke’s primary focus and passion is helping people buy and sell real estate. Brooke is a highly creative person who loves to educate and empower her clients to confidently move through each step of a real estate transaction whether they are first time home buyers, seasoned real estate investors or luxury clientele. Her clients love her for her creative solutions, high level understanding of market data, diligent and exacting approach, and thoughtful design input for those who seek it. She prides herself on building relationships with her clients and tailoring her services to fit each individual’s needs and preferences.
