Carol Dochen brings decades of experience to help clients with their real estate needs. Professionally, Carol served for more than a decade as a director of the Austin Board of Realtors, was a director the ABOR Foundation, currently serves on the ABOR Foundation Scholarship committee, was twice President of the Austin Multiple Listing Service (ACTRIS), and was a director of Texas Realtors. Carol received the coveted ABOR Broker of the Year Award in 2017 and was the 2016 winner of the inaugural "I Am Austin Woman" business woman of the year award from Austin Woman Magazine. She's also received numerous awards and honors from the Austin Business Journal, Elite 25,Texas Monthly Magazine as well as having earned recognition from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing with the CHLMS and GUILD award. Carol was a Platinum Centurion for 6 years in a row, 2013-2018, with more than 10 years of Platinum Top 50 recognition and has twice been a member of the Luxury League of Austin, and has been awarded the 5-Star Professional designation multiple years. The honors don't stop with her professional life. Carol believes her life's mission is to help find people homes. Habitat for Humanity honored Carol for years of service as Carol sets aside a portion of every commission to them over the past 21 years. Carol also assists with housing with Foundation Communities and directed her company to sponsor and build a home at Communities First! Village, which provides housing for formerly homeless individuals.. And she is a veteran volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
