Heather is a full-service real estate broker in Austin, Texas and Realtor®, Certified Luxury Home Specialist, member of the Million Dollar Guild and native Austinite with a background in building design and construction. Heather reached a new milestone in 2021 closing over $50,000,000 in real estate transactions. Heather received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995 and continued her studies at The University of Houston School of Architecture. Heather spent over a decade at a local manufacturing firm as Vice President and Manager of Marketing in Austin, Texas, which has provided her with the experience and skills needed to launch powerful campaigns. She is detail-oriented, deadline-driven and has a diverse array of skills that make her an effective and successful Realtor® in Austin, Texas. Heather has lived in 11 different homes and neighborhoods in Austin during her lifetime; everywhere from central Austin to waterfront on Lake Austin. Currently, Heather resides in Westlake in Lost Creek and is a neighborhood expert continuing to serve both sellers and buyers. In addition to her own residential purchase experience, Heather is an avid investor owning several rental properties in Austin and Colorado, as well as commercial properties across the country. This personal experience adds another layer of competence as your real estate broker. With Heather being an area expert in Lost Creek and Westlake as well as being well-connected with colleagues, she is able to learn about listings prior to them hitting the market. Almost half of Heather's transactions each year are closed prior to them hitting the public market.
