Jennifer Henry has been an Austinite for 28 years and a real estate investor for nearly 25 years. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accountancy. Jennifer started her career as a CPA and transitioned into a successful career as a Regional Financing Manager at Apple. Eventually, she followed her true passion for real estate and began selling luxury custom homes for various builders before focusing on client representation. Jennifer is a former CPA and holds her Texas Real Estate Broker's license, a license held by less than 1% of Realtors due to the education and experience required. She is a motivated, passionate advocate for all of her clients. Jennifer is well-versed in all of Central Texas. With her extensive experience selling custom homes, and her close builder relationships, she is an asset to have when considering new construction. She listens to her clients' needs and works tirelessly until those needs are met. Relocating within the Austin area quite frequently, Jennifer has lived and invested in nearly every neighborhood in Austin. Her knowledge of market niches and the construction process has proven a valuable resource to her investor clients.
