As a native Texan and a resident of Austin for over 20 years, Nancy has the friendly and helpful attitude that Texas is famous for. She has assisted countless families with their relocation to Austin, and one of her favorite things to do is introduce them to the amazing city of Austin. Nancy has expertise in most areas of Austin, with a focus on west Austin, the lake areas, central and south Austin. Nancy has an extensive background in buying, selling, relocation services, luxury homes, investment properties, and home staging. When not assisting her clients, Nancy enjoys spending time with her two teenagers, and her three “fur” children. She loves the water (A true Pisces!), and is most happy to spend her free time at any of Austin’s lakes, rivers, or famous water holes. Nancy is an avid music fan, and takes full advantage of living in the “Live Music Capital of the World”. She is a supporter of the music community in many ways, including as a volunteer producer at Balcony TV Austin for several years. She has worked with hundreds of bands that have appeared on the show throughout the years, and has assisted many in the music industry with their real estate needs. Austin truly is the place to be for music fans! Nancy supports many worthy causes and volunteers with several organizations such as Austin Pets Alive, Traprs, Susan B Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, HAAM-Health Alliance For Austin Musicians, and Love Hope Strength Rock N Rock Cancer Foundation.
