Noa Levy’s passion for real estate is a combination of her family’s influence and her cultural experiences and travels.Early on she determined she wanted a career that involved interaction with people.Born in Mexico City, she studied abroad at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. In 2003, she completed a Masters degree in International Relations and International Communications from Boston University. She started at Urbanspace Realtors as an Associate in the summer of 2004.Within the year, she became one of the company’s top producers and has continued to excel in the real estate realm.In June 2008, she and a partner opened The Boutique Real Estate to provide an utmost level of client service and bring an innovative and fresh approach to real estate marketing. Noa believes tuning into her clients needs & expectations is the most important part of her job.She has helped both buyers and sellers in residential pre-construction, resells, leasing, investment and project development. She is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew and has developed great relationships around the country and worldwide.Noa lives downtown with her family and enjoys everything Austin has to offer, from the Farmer’s Market to the Hike & Bike Trail and listening to live music on any given day.In addition to her rich educational background and community involvement, Noa offers clients a thorough knowledge of the current real estate market and developing residential spaces. Her diverse experience enables her to serve as a strong client liaison in complicated business transactions.Noa is a proud and active member of her community, including Downtown Austin Neighborhood Association.
