Having lived in three countries including Japan and Canada, Sari has made her home in Los Angeles, Boston, and finally in Austin, TX over 12 years ago. As seen on her client testimonials, Sari is known for her positive energy, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and total commitment to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Sari is also fluent Japanese. Sari is a Broker Associate with Realty Austin and as a Diamond Club Member since 2014 ($10M+ in production), has consistently earned several Top Producer and Top Listing Awards. She was a PT50 Austin winner in 2020, and Austin Business Journal Residential Real Estate Award Nominations. As a successful investor-owner of several properties across the country since 1991 and through her broad exposure to the market, extensive experience, and technological skills, Sari provides her clients with invaluable insight and support on sound property investments. Sari is also passionate about giving back to her community - including being one of the founding members of Friends of Bee Cave Dog Park that was instrumental in creating a new dog park at the Bee Cave Central Park; and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Austin Pets Alive. Using her skill as a former professional violinist and along with her husband Andrew, a former Boston Symphony Orchestra cellist, they recently created The Pearce Foundation for the Arts and Social Progress, with the first project being a chamber music series in Lakeway TX to introduce local residents to masterpiece music for free. They live in the Hill Country near Lake Travis, have 3 grown kids and welcomed their first grand daughter this fall!
