Sherri Farias is an accomplished REALTOR® in the Austin metropolitan area, providing refreshingly friendly customer service to homeowners and future homeowners. Critical to providing excellent client care, Sherri focuses on communicating, listening, and negotiating to help buyers achieve the best value for their dream home, and to assist sellers to a smooth, stress-free sale of their home. She is respected and well-liked not only by her loyal clients and customers, but by industry peers. As a daughter of a REALTOR®, Sherri inherited decades of exposure to the industry which developed sincere passion, interest, and love of real estate. She frequently moved before relocating to her forever home in Texas. This experience provides her with empathy and compassion for her clients as she deeply understands the joys, stresses, and excitement of moving for both adults and children. Before moving to Texas, she lived in Ohio, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Gabon (central Africa), Washington D.C., and Maryland. Sherri lives with her native Texas husband, Dave, and their two children, Simon and Maria in the Crystal Falls neighborhood of Leander. She serves her community in a variety of ways including as PTA Vice President at Whitestone Elementary, Chairperson for Fundraising, and volunteer for Block House Creek swim team. She is an active member of the American Real Estate & Urban Economics Association, Women's Council of Realtors, and Young Professionals Network. Sherri is honored to sponsor Leander High School Swimming and Block House Creek Swim Team. Sherri has a B.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University, Graduate Degree from George Washington University in Survey Design and Data Analysis, and Graduate Real Estate Institute Designation from the National Association of Realtors. She proudly served in The United States Peace Corps from 2002-2004 in Gabon central Africa as a community health volunteer.
