Stefan has always been a performing artist and an entrepreneur, creative and pragmatic. This has served him well as a REALTOR® because most transactions require a clever and strategic approach. He emphasizes the human element, understands the gravity of financial implications, and nurtures the emotional side of every deal. His innate ability to develop rapport with the other side gives his clients an edge during negotiations. He continuously adds value and positions his clients for success, whether they are buying, selling, or investing. He is patient, values relationships over transactions, and genuinely wants what’s best for his clients. Before real estate, Stefan spent over 20 years in the music business traveling worldwide as a drummer, production director, tour manager, live sound engineer, and educator, working with incredible people along the way. He’s played drums, recorded and toured with Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Godfather of Funk legend George Clinton and the Parliament-Funkadelic. He toured the U.S. and Europe with Austin, TX indie rock icon Ben Kweller, and mixed live sound in sold out, open-air stadiums on Ed Sheeran’s record-breaking worldwide Divide tour. When Stefan is not working hard for his clients, you can catch him performing and recording with local bands, playing with his 2 rescue dogs, fostering dogs in need, volunteering at the Austin Animal Center, and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. They enjoy all of Austin’s beer gardens, restaurants, parks, and vibrant music and art scene. Stefan is currently a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Austin Board of REALTORS®, and the Texas Association of REALTORS®.
